PK789 Terms and Conditions – Rules & Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pk789 platform, including all services, games, betting markets, promotions, and content available at pk789.world. By creating a pk789 account, completing a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using pk789 immediately and contact our support team to close your account. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms apply alongside any specific rules that apply to individual products — for example, the betting rules that govern football markets, the game-specific rules of live casino tables, or the specific terms attached to individual pk789 promotions. Where a conflict exists between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules take precedence for that product only.

To register a pk789 account and access any real-money service, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. pk789 will verify age during the account lifecycle and will suspend or permanently close any account where the holder is found to be under 18, forfeiting any balance held.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person or as an agent.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended pk789 account. Each person is permitted one account only. Attempting to open additional accounts — whether to claim duplicate bonuses, circumvent a suspension, or for any other reason — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration including your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any additional information requested for verification purposes. pk789 may at any time request documentation to verify the information provided.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or family member of a current employee of pk789 or any of its affiliated companies, gaming software providers, or payment partners.

Your pk789 account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your password, PIN, or any two-factor authentication details — and for all activity that takes place within your account.

pk789 strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication on their accounts. This is a simple step that significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access. You should never share your login details with another person under any circumstances.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify pk789 support immediately at support@pk789.world. pk789 will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily freezing the account to protect your balance while the investigation is conducted.

pk789 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the account holder has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials, or where the account holder has shared their login details voluntarily with another person.

pk789 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All transactions on the platform are denominated in PKR. There are no currency conversion charges applied by pk789 at any stage of a deposit or withdrawal.

The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits at pk789:

Deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you and is registered in your own name. pk789 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from an account not matching the registered account holder's details will be refunded and the account flagged for review.

pk789 is committed to processing withdrawals as quickly as possible. The standard processing target for PKR withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash is 5 to 15 minutes from the time a withdrawal request is submitted. Bank IBFT withdrawals are typically processed within the same working day for requests submitted before 6:00pm Pakistan Standard Time.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for standard accounts, though very large withdrawals may require enhanced identity verification before processing.

All withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. If you have deposited using one method, pk789 reserves the right to return funds to the same method before allowing withdrawal to a different account.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all associated wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Winnings derived from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the full bonus wagering requirement is met.
• pk789 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is standard procedure and is not an indication of any concern about the account.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed if the account is under review for security or compliance reasons. pk789 will communicate the reason for any delay to the account holder.

pk789 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Each promotion has specific terms that govern eligibility, how the bonus is credited, wagering requirements, minimum odds or game restrictions, and expiry timelines. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these general Terms.

General bonus rules applicable to all pk789 promotions:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only — one per verified Pakistani mobile number, one per verified identity, one per household address, and one per device IP address.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and can only be used for betting or gaming. They cannot be withdrawn directly.
• A wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or in some cases the deposit plus bonus amount) must be staked before any associated winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each promotion page.

• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including collusion, use of multiple accounts, or exploiting system errors — will result in cancellation of the bonus, reversal of related winnings, and may lead to permanent account suspension.

All sports bets placed at pk789 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport and market concerned. These rules are available within the platform and govern the interpretation of results, settlement timelines, void bet conditions, and any exceptional circumstances such as match postponements, abandonments, or disputed results.

Key general betting rules at pk789:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, the odds on your bet are locked regardless of subsequent market movements.
• pk789 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were displayed due to a technical error or pricing mistake. If such a void occurs, the stake will be fully refunded to the player's PKR wallet.
• For live (in-play) betting, bets are accepted up to the point that pk789's system closes the market. We make every effort to suspend markets at the appropriate moment, but accept that delays can occasionally occur. Bets placed after a significant event (goal, red card, etc.) but before the market is suspended may be voided at pk789's discretion.
• Maximum win limits apply per bet and per customer per day. These limits are visible in the betting interface and may differ by sport and market type. pk789 reserves the right to apply individual win limits to accounts at its discretion.
• Accumulator bets of up to 20 selections are permitted. Returns exceeding platform maximum payout limits will be capped at the stated maximum.
• Where a result is officially declared void by the sport's governing body, pk789 will void all related bets and return stakes. This includes match walkovers, disqualifications, and declared no-contests.

RNG games are regularly audited by independent third-party testing laboratories to verify that outcomes are genuinely random and that the Return to Player (RTP) percentages match those published in each game's information panel.

• Money laundering: Using pk789 to process, convert, or conceal the proceeds of any illegal activity. pk789 reports suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any technical tool to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider after using the deposited funds on the platform. Chargebacks trigger immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• Account sharing: Allowing another person to use your pk789 account, or using another person's account, regardless of any relationship between you.

pk789 is committed to responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. All pk789 accounts have access to the following tools at any time through the account settings section:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts in PKR. Limits apply immediately when set and require a mandatory cooling-off period before they can be increased.
• Loss limits: Set limits on the maximum net loss you are willing to accept within a defined period. Once the limit is reached, betting and gaming activity is suspended for the remainder of the period.

No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from pk789.

Players are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not convey any ownership rights and is revocable at any time by pk789.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk789 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

pk789's total liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk789 is not responsible for any losses arising from technical failures outside our control, including internet service outages, device failures, or third-party payment processing errors. In such cases, pk789 will make every reasonable effort to resolve the situation but cannot guarantee outcomes dependent on third-party systems.

pk789 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date at the top. For significant changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, pk789 will additionally notify registered players by email to the address on file and/or via an in-platform notification.
